Why isn’t my tracking number working?
As soon as an order leaves our warehouse, shailaasha.com provides a tracking number. Tracking numbers may not show any results until the carrier has a chance to do an initial scan of these packages.

For express shipments, this delay is typically 1 business day. Delays for air parcels can be up to 3 business days.

How long will it take for my ordered item to be shipped?
Most normal-sized orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Do you take care of shipping documents?
Small mistakes on paperwork for international parcels can cause annoying delays and even unnecessary extra customs fees! Customs Clearance & Taxes
Customs clearance documents and formalities are handled by the courier. In some cases, they may need to contact you to confirm the details of the shipment. In any case where additional documentation is required for customs clearance, shailaasha.com will assist you fully. Any local sales or import taxes will be calculated when your shipment enters your country: in most cases there will be nothing to pay, but if there is, you will only be charged a small surcharge when you receive the product.
