How to return an item?
If you have a problem with your product, please read the following information:
Is there a problem with the product?
- Please contact us and our customer support will provide you with an RMA number.
- When returning an item, you must bring the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- Send the item back to the address provided to you by our customer service. Please indicate the RMA number on the package.
- The processing time for returns is approximately 10 days. If you request a refund, a refund will be sent according to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.
Note:
- Warranty and refund will be void if the product has been altered or modified.
- When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. shailaasha.com is not responsible for items lost on the return journey.
All our products have a 3-month warranty. Please refer to our return terms and conditions for details.
- Less than 1% of the products shipped by shailaasha.com have any warranty or quality issues.
- In the unlikely event that there is a quality defect that makes the device unsaleable or unusable within 3 months, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back to shailaasha.com, we will repair the item, or provide full credit to order a replacement.
- If you experience any problems with a product you purchased from shailaasha.com, please contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with Huasheng Customer Service Center in advance and authorized to be sent with the correct documentation.
- If you request a repair or refund during the warranty period, the shipping costs of returning the product to shailaasha.com are paid by you and cannot be reimbursed by shailaasha.com.
- Physical damage to the product caused by the user; opening the product, such as repairing or modifying parts; or flashing the firmware or using unapproved software – voids the warranty.
